**Qualifications:**

- Experience in memory care or a related field within an assisted living or healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement innovative memory care programs.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in memory care.
- Certification in dementia care is a plus.
